Shipping Policy

 

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement. Backorders are shipped at the customer’s request only. All orders are shipped FOB Ferndale, MI, unless other arrangements are made. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, C.O.D. fees, insurance and handling charges.

Damages and Shortages

All merchandise leaves our warehouse in excellent condition. In the event that an order arrives damaged or missing merchandise, the customer must report such to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If cartons are damaged, opened or re-taped, the customer must file a claim with the carrier at the time of delivery. Save the original cartons and packaging for inspection by the carrier.

 

Refused Orders

 

If an order is refused, the customer will be charged up to a 25% re-stocking fee plus all applicable freight and handling charges. If the customer requests an order be re-shipped, the additional freight and handling charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Further, the customer may be asked to prepay the re-shipped order. If the fault lies with us, the order will be fully credited or re-shipped at our expense.
